What you'll need for class:
• Mats, blankets, blocks, straps, and pillows are provided, though many practitioners prefer their own mat as it becomes a home away from home for a very personal experience!
• Comfortable, non-binding clothing for freedom of movement, layers are helpful
• Bare or socked feet
• An empty stomach and bladder (Try to avoid eating big meals within a couple of hours of class. Stay hydrated throughout the day, but refrain from drinking large amounts of water right before or during class as fullness can cause discomfort while moving through your practice.)
• An open mind and a desire to grow!

When to arrive:
Instructors will arrive 15 minutes before each class If you are a new student, please plan on arriving a bit early to fill out a new student information sheet.

How often to practice:
Once a week is a wonderful effort for a new student, but the benefits of yoga are much greater when practice becomes more of a staple in your life. For the best results, try to attend class at least twice a week accompanied by regular practice at home. Remember that as with all physical activity, it is healthiest for your body to do even just a little each day, than to do a lot sporadically.

Class cancellations:
Class cancellation notifications will be sent out through email. If we do not have your email address, be added to our contact list by sending us a quick note at
beyoga3@gmail.com.

• Please remember to turn off cell phones and other devices before class! This will enhance your personal experience and is a polite gesture to others.
• Please refrain from wearing excessive perfumes as others may be allergic.
• Please remove your shoes upon entering the studio and leave them in the designated area to preserve the sacred nature of the space.
• Please notify the teacher of any injuries or medical conditions so they may help assist you and offer modifications.
