Hello world! I have dreamt of reaching out for some time now, but the days and weeks and years have escaped me as I've tumbled and tossed in the ebb and flow of this sweet life...mostly focused on soaking up the magic of growing and raising little babies close to my heart. 

The words, images, and ideas that will fill these virtual pages have incubated, matured in my mind and been molded into concepts that crave to be shared. My hope is for authentic connection and true positive transformation for each one of us as a result of this blog.

I am a yogi in my heart. I embrace the lessons of yoga as the foundation of my lifestyle and the guide for my Self (with a capital S), not just a weekly extracurricular somewhere out on the perimeter. Yoga reminds me who I aspire to be when things get a little murky, as they do more often than not. I must also disclose that I am a rule bender. Teachings taken in may look a little different when played out in real life, and that's okay. Sometimes, differentiation is essential for success.

I'm envisioning that much of my content will resemble snipets of my personal practice and journey on this path. Though, who knows what might happen. I plan to share insight into postures and practices. Yoga movements and stretches, breath work, mindfulness and meditation. To break this work down and make it assessable to all. To overturn untruths and preconceived notions, and to show how beautifully enriching such simple things can be for everyone who's willing to try. 

I also plan to spread my experiences and learnings within the wonderful world of health and wellness (in all of its never ending forms). I am a daughter of the great mother and find so much comfort connecting to my roots, to Earth, its plant life and all of that incredible goodness via old fashioned natural ways of living. I hope to share that which brings good health and contentment. There is so much which ties us to our land and the fruit it offers. We can honor our beautiful bodies and the gifts of sensory experience those bodies allow, while also nourishing our spirits at the core of it all.

This will be a journey to self-love and soul-care, to feeling better, to non-judgment, to change, to growth, to elevated living. I remind myself to keep steady on this path DAILY and am feeling it all right along side you. I'm so excited to finally begin. Join me?
