Don't panic! We have gifts! And food! AND YOGA!

Join us on Saturday 23rd at Ashker's Juice Bar - Bistro - Gallery in their gorgeous new space in Black Rock at 414 Amherst Street for a morning of YOGA and last minute (we really mean it this time!) holiday SHOPPING from our own talented local artisans! We will have hand poured artisanal candles, incredible geometric shelves + cutting boards + accent tables, hand woven scarfs, ornaments, and accessories, hand spun yarns, felted soaps + dryer ball/ essential oil sets, a variety of handmade jewelry with original designs as unique as the creator...and more!

Yoga at 10am (with live music!!) in a sunshine filled space to center and ground our energy. We'll slow down after a non-stop month of holiday prep to ready ourselves for the joyful festivities and mental/emotional demands of the super social week to follow. Class will be accompanied by the incredibly talented Naryan Padmanabha on the sitar! If you haven't attended a class that Narayan has played for, then you absolutely need to come! The sacred sounds bring so much goodness to the energy of the practice, it is beyond special. 

Did I mention there's a fireplace??

Class is $10, artisans will be set up during and after yoga, and Ashker's kitchen will be open and serving up their incredible menu of amazing baked goods, healthy prepared eats along with hot drinks from the espresso bar.

A portion of all proceeds from the morning will be donated to the Buffalo City Mission!

AND YES YOU CAN JUST COME TO SHOP IF YOGA ISNT YOUR THING...be we have a feeling we might change some minds.
