I provide a supportive space and gentle guidance for my clients to embed essential self-care into their lives using the vehicles of mindful movement and conscious breath. Whether you’ve been practicing on and off for years or have never practiced yoga before, are finding yourself in a particularly stressful period or going through a big life change, home with little ones and feeling stretched thin, or just simply wanting to put your own care first….whatever you’re wading through, I am here just for you with supportive strategies to help!

As an expert in wellness with over 15 years in the field (learn about my journey HERE), I’ll teach you to use simple mind+body based practices from yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and more to slow down, create space, reconnect, and design a life that aligns with all aspects of you.

I work 1:1, as well as with small, medium, and large groups. While it’s best to book sessions in 4, 6, or 8 week sessions, I’m also available for your special wellness events and can’t wait to connect with you!

    Small Group 60 min Session (3-5 participants): $250 USD* // booked in 4, 6, or 8 week sessions

    Medium Group 60 min Session (6-10 participants): $350* USD // booked in 4, 6, or 8 week sessions

    *add $25 for travel to/from in-person sessions
